POD Hut Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The PODHut Affiliate Program is open to approved affiliates only. PODHut reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates may earn commissions as follows:

  • 10% commission on eligible sample orders placed directly on the PODHut website.

  • $10 commission per PODHut membership signup, paid in perpetuity, as long as the referred member remains active and in good standing.

3. Eligible and Ineligible Orders

Eligible Orders

  • Orders placed directly on the PODHut website

  • New customers only

  • Memberships, wholesale, bulk, and sample orders placed on podhut.com

Ineligible Orders

  • Orders placed through customer-owned websites that PODHut fulfills for its members

  • Self-referrals

  • Refunded, canceled, or chargeback orders

4. Discounts and Stacking

  • Discount stacking is not allowed.

  • PODHut reserves the right to determine commission eligibility when discounts or promotions are applied.

5. Tracking and Cookies

  • All affiliate tracking is handled exclusively through GoAffPro.

  • Cookie duration is 15 days.

  • PODHut is not responsible for lost commissions due to deleted cookies, ad blockers, browser settings, or tracking issues.

  • If tracking fails for any reason, commissions will not be issued.

6. Payouts

  • Payouts are issued monthly.

  • Payment methods include PayPal or mailed check.

  • Commissions related to refunded, canceled, or chargeback transactions are not payable and may be reversed.

7. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may promote PODHut through social media, email marketing, blogs, paid advertising, and influencer content.

Affiliates may use PODHut logos, trademarks, and branding.

Affiliates may use PODHut-provided creatives and may also create their own content.
All paid ads and promotional materials require PODHut approval prior to launch.

Affiliates must not:

  • Make misleading or false claims

  • Guarantee pricing, turnaround times, or results

  • Misrepresent PODHut services or policies

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements.

8. Relationship and Taxes

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or agents of PODHut.

Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes. PODHut will issue a 1099 when required by law.

9. Termination and Violations

PODHut reserves the right to terminate affiliates for fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation.

PODHut may withhold or reverse commissions resulting from violations and may forfeit unpaid commissions upon termination for cause.

10. Program Changes

PODHut reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, or program rules with 7 days notice.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
