Shipping and Order Inquiries

What is the production and shipping time for orders?
Most items, specifically black and white shirts, ship within 2 days. Other colors may take up to 7 days to ship. Delivery typically occurs within 3 to 5 days depending on location.

How can I track my order?
We email a tracking number once your order ships. Use it on the carrier site to monitor your shipment.

Who do I contact if I have problems with my order?
Please visit our contact page for assistance. We will help resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is a flat $45 per shipment to cover customs and related costs. Delivery times vary by location.

What are the standard shipping prices?

  • Additional item shipping $3.00

Although USPS has increased prices six times in the past three years, this is our first shipping rate change. We absorbed earlier increases to keep costs steady. This update helps us maintain quality and speed. Thank you for your support.

Shipping updates and inquiries
Once USPS takes possession of your order, please direct all inquiries to them, including address changes, delays, or missing items. Contact USPS at 800-275-8777 or use their online contact options. We are not responsible for shipments after handoff to USPS.

Pricing and Policies

Are there any discounts for bulk orders?
Free shipping is available for bulk orders of 24 or more items. POD Prime members receive a 20% discount on all items.

What is your return policy?
Wrong orders (size, color chosen incorrectly) are not eligible for refunds or free replacements. If POD Hut makes a mistake, we will replace it. Reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.

How does POD Hut handle billing and fulfillment for connected stores? (Members Only)
Members can choose daily fulfillment (Mon–Fri) or weekly (Wed).

  • System generates invoice and attempts payment before fulfillment.
  • Approved payments → orders go to production (2–7 business days).
  • Declined payments → orders paused until payment succeeds.

Keep payment info current. Repeated failures may delay or pause fulfillment.

Care Instructions

How should I wash garments printed using DTG?

  • Temperature: Cold wash under 40°F (4°C)
  • Cycle: Gentle or delicate
  • Detergent: Mild, no bleach/fabric softener
  • Drying: Air-dry or tumble low
  • Ironing: Avoid direct heat on print
What is considered acceptable in DTG printing?
  • Placement tolerance: Prints are usually ~2" below the collar. A shift of up to 0.5" (and up to 1" in some cases) is within tolerance. A slight angle or crookedness of a few degrees is also considered acceptable.
  • Print size tolerance: Slight variation up to 0.25".
  • Color variation: Minor differences vs screen, especially neon/bright RGB colors.
  • Pretreat effects: Temporary box, sheen, or vinegar smell (washes out).
  • Fabric influence: Heathers, mineral wash, fleece may soften or mute colors.
  • Low-opacity artwork: Transparent/gradient details may appear lighter.
  • Edge artifacts: White underbase can leave slight halo on dark garments.
  • Minor specks: Lint/fibers in print area considered normal if design isn’t affected.
  • Seams/collars: Slight distortion if print crosses seams.
  • Wash expectations: Some softening/fade after first wash is normal.
