Shipping and Order Inquiries
What is the production and shipping time for orders?
Most items, specifically black and white shirts, are shipped within 2 days. Other colors may take up to 7 days to ship. Depending on the customer's location, delivery typically occurs within 3–5 days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number on our website or the carrier's tracking system to monitor your shipment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping at a rate of $45 per shipment to cover customs and additional costs. Delivery times vary based on location.
What are the standard shipping prices?
Due to the USPS rate increase taking effect in July, we’ll be making a small adjustment to our shipping rates:

T-shirt shipping will increase from $6.50 to $6.75

Hoodie shipping will increase from $8.50 to $9.00

Additional item shipping will increase from $2.00 to $3.00
Although USPS has increased their prices six times in the past three years, this is our first shipping rate change. We’ve absorbed the past increases to keep costs steady, but this adjustment will help us maintain the quality and speed of our service. We appreciate your continued support!
Shipping updates and inquiries
Once USPS takes possession of your order, please direct all inquiries to them, including address changes, delays, or missing items. Contact USPS at 800-275-8777 or visit their contact page. We are no longer responsible for the shipment once it is in their hands. Thank you for understanding!
Pricing and Policies
Are there any discounts for bulk orders?
Free shipping is available for bulk orders of 24 or more items. Additionally, POD Prime members enjoy a 20% discount on all items.
What is your return policy?
Wrong Orders (Size, Color, or Print Issues) – If the customer ordered the wrong size or color, POD Hut does not offer refunds or free replacements.
If POD Hut makes a mistake in the order, we will replace it. To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Page within 14 days of receiving your order.
How does POD Hut handle billing and fulfillment for connected stores? (For Members Only)
When a customer becomes a POD Prime member and connects their store with us, they can choose to have their orders fulfilled either daily (Monday–Friday) or weekly (every Wednesday).
Before any fulfillment, our system automatically generates an invoice and attempts to process payment for all pending orders.
- If payment is approved, the orders are added to the production queue and processed within 2–7 business days. A detailed invoice is emailed to the customer.
- If payment is declined, we notify the customer by email, and the affected orders are not processed until payment is successfully completed.
Customers are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date. Repeated payment failures may result in delays or a pause in fulfillment services.

Care Instructions
How should I wash garments printed using DTG?
To ensure your DTG-printed garments last longer:
- Temperature: Wash in cold water, under 40°F (4°C)
- Cycle: Use a gentle or delicate cycle
- Detergent: Use a mild detergent without bleach or fabric softner or strong chemicals
- Drying: Air-dry for best results. If using a dryer, use a low heat setting
- Ironing: Avoid ironing directly on the print
