2. How do I start uploading my designs? You can start designing your products by using our easy-to-use online design tool, which allows you to add images, text, and custom graphics directly to the product of your choice.

3. What printing technique does POD Hut use? POD Hut exclusively uses Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for all products to ensure high-quality, durable prints with great color accuracy.

4. What is the production and shipping time for orders? Most items, specifically black and white shirts, ship within 2 days. Other colors may take up to 7 days to ship. Depending on your customer's location, they may receive their order within 3-5 days. Please note that currently, we do not offer international shipping.

5. What is your return policy? Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are accepted only for products that are defective or different from what was ordered. To initiate a return, please send us a picture of the issue or the received item and email contact@podhut.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 

6. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our website or the carrier's tracking system.
