Please keep in mind the size of the Garment when choosing an imprint size. If you want to maximize the space on garments, we can always do multiple set ups to achieve this. Biggest trap to watch out for is same size imprint on youth and adult garments.

Turnaround Time

Cutoff for approvals is 3pm on Monday through Friday. All Orders received after 12pm may not be entered until the next business day. Artwork, Payment, and merchandise (received) must be complete prior to being put on the production schedule. Each Job must be written as a Separate Purchase Order. Adding Personalization, or any combo order that requires screen printing and Embroidery, will take up to an additional 7 business days for production. Larger quantity orders may take longer than standardproduction times.

All apparel must be here 3 business days before the order is printed. Add 1 additional day of production for each day past this deadline

Quotes

All quotes must be by email. All Approvals must be approved through our online approval system. No Guarantee on exact match of previous re-ordered jobs

Spoilage

All orders over are subject to a 3% Spoilage Allowance. Spoilage percentage is calculated by percentage multiplied by the amount of imprints or 1 piece whichever is greater . It is the responsibility of the customer to order correct quantities and provide additional blanks if necessary. If exact quantities are required, we recommend ordering with spoilage allowance in mind. We check incoming merchandise for defects and check size, color, and style against the PO. However, we will not be held liable for defects in merchandise and we will not be held liable for printing on wrong merchandise. At no time shall our liability exceed the cost of imprinting. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Apparel will be held for 30 days, at which point it will be donated to a Charity of our choosing. For Screen Print Orders we allow you to send up to 5 additional items per size on your order that we will print at no charge to cover any spoilage. All extra apparel will be printed unless it is over the 5 per size threshold.

  • If you decide to proceed with a full production run within 5 business days of receiving the sample, the payment for the sample can be credited towards your full run costs.


 

Frequently Asked Questions

Does an Order that requires multiple departments take more time?

Yes – time will depend on number of departments and garments, along with complexity of order.

What do you do to prevent Dye Migration?

We use an underbase made specifically for use with Polyester Garments. For garments such as Camo, we use a Grey Underbase/Poly Underbase, for which we charge an additional fee.

How does your Spoilage Policy work?

Spoilage can be 2 – 3 precent depending on size of order. On screen print orders, we allow you to send in up to 5 additional garments per size, that we will print at no charge

When do you count our apparel?

Monitor colors vary greatly, the colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correc

ART

Our receiving department counts apparel in order of importance, based on due dates and age of order. If we run into any count issues, we will reach out to your immediately. Any delay in response could cause a longer production time
POD Hut accepts clients garments. The conditions of this garments in order to be decorated must be new and clean. You must accept a 2 percent misprint margin since we are not purchasing the garment we recommend you bring 1-2 pcs in case of a misprint.
Art provided must be in a high resolution png format TRUE TO SIZE. If the assets provided are not in a aI form and require time to modify for printing purpose, then an art charge may be requested before starting the printing process. Mockup must be included along with art work for placement sample.
